GALLERY: 9WERKS at the Warehouse 2024

Our first member-only gathering of 2024 saw the Driven Not Hidden Collective take over the warehouse at Heritage Parts Centre for an indoor cars & coffee meeting… with a difference!

9WERKS has kicked the year off with its first Driven Not Hidden Collective gathering, as Sunday 14th January saw members descend on Heritage Parts Centre in Shoreham for a morning of cars, coffee, Hot Wheels, and a live podcast recording – all from inside the Heritage facility.
Fast becoming our annual curtain-raiser for events, the team at Heritage kindly let the DNHC take over its labyrinthine warehouse for the second January running which, for one day only, played host to indoor Porsche parking among its inventory of some 25,000 Porsche and VW parts.
This unique backdrop served as a great setting for a mixture of air- and water-cooled Porsches to rest side by side among the hubbub of friendly Collective chat, with owners travelling far and wide to the south coast in keeping with the DNHC’s trademark ‘Driven Not Hidden’ mantra. A special shout out goes to Owain, who made the three-and-a-half-hour drive from Newport in his Carmine red 991.2 Carrara S!
Conversation soon morphed into competition, with members dusting off their scaled P-cars for a Hot Wheels drag duel down one of the aisles in the Heritage facility. Rachel’s 928 emerged as the eventual winner, while the poor showing of Max’s entire fleet of vehicles looks to have left his fledgling Hot Wheels Arrive & Drive enterprise in tatters.
The morning finished with a live 9WERKS Radio podcast recording, with presenters Andy, Lee and Max joined by Andy Gregory from Heritage as a guest panellist to discuss our Porsche ownership plans for the year ahead under the theme of “this year I will…”
9WERKS would like to thank the Heritage team for their grace and hospitality in throwing open its doors to the DNHC for a fun-filled morning of cars and conversation.
Don’t forget you can get up to 10% off your basket on all Porsche, VW and Land Rover parts by using the code ‘9WERKS10’ at the checkout.
Want to join us at a future event? Sign up to the Driven Not Hidden Collective to be a part of our inclusive community – you’ll also unlock a host of cool benefits to enhance your Porsche ownership experience.
