Designers Ben Dimson and Cheryl Dimson played a huge part in the Porsche story during their time at the company in the 1980s and early 1990s. Ben helped with the styling of the 928, 944, 964 and 959, while Cheryl was responsible for the restyling of the Porsche crest, plus the creation of the new-famous ‘Carrera’, ‘turbo’, and ‘targa’ script adorning the rear of 911s of the time, among many other things. Their contribution to Porsche is huge, and yet many people don’t know their story – until now!
